"My wife and I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate having hot and cold varieties. We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we visit Tallahassee again."
"I booked the hotel Duval through Hotels.com. When I went to check in, they said that my reservation did not exist in their system. Through several hours of trying to accommodate us, they were able to find the reservation and although we asked for a room with two queen beds they gave us two separate rooms with a queen bed in each overall, this situation was very stressful, but they managed to do what they could do and provide us with great customer service in the end "
