Its a beautiful property. Close to FAMU's Pharmacy Department . We were down their for our sons school orientation. perfect size. great parking. would be a great rental when we come down for games and activities in the future. The only negative (which the owners have no control over) is the next door property has a condemned home with a decaying tree growing our of it. Because of the tree and the decay it allows for a lot of flies to make their way into the rental. Again nothing they can really control but makes it inconvenient to manage but the neighborhood is beautiful and the owners did a great job.
