Lake Buchanan Cozy Cove

A 4 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled house located in a cove on Lake Buchanan near Spider Mountain (4 minute drive) and Reveille Peak (10 minute drive) off of CR 2341.

The property and house is free from Wi-Fi and television, and you'll find that creates the perfect situation to unplug, fostering personal connections and outside experience. There is SiriusXM Radio with 300+ channels, located in the living room. There are lots of board games, puzzles, card games and a high end poker table. A television located in "Bunk Room" is available to connect a gaming console. Gaming console and games will need to be provided by the guest.

Enjoy some time outside under the screened in porch or large outside deck. The deck is accessible from the screened porch and from primary bedroom. Propane grill is available for use on deck.

Next door is the private gated fishing dock, boat ramp, and pavillion. Access is availble with use of the gate opener and vehicle hang tags. Currently due to the lake levels at Buchanan, the swim area and dock in front of the house is dry, but the lake is accessible a short walk away. On the upside, the cove is presently full of bluebonnets this time of year (March) which provides a great photo opportunity!

COMING SOON: The wooden deck will be replaced with a new and larger stone deck, hot tub, and sports court.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES . Kayaks (with paddles and life jackets), corn hole, fire pit, Renters should bring youth life jackets and any other outdoor games they want.

Maximum number of vehicles are four.

HOUSE RULES
On the lake, sound carries very far. Please be considerate with our resident neighbors by refraining from loud parties outside, and not exceeding maximum occupancy (10) at any time.

Please help us be good neighbors by respecting the quite hours from 10pm to 8am.
No fireworks are permitted outside of July 4th and NYE, subject to Burnet county restrictions, and any residue or debris is the responsibility of the renter.

NO SMOKING/VAPING is permitted inside house, must smoke/vape at least 5 feet from doors and must dispose of cigarettes/buds properly. (If yard clean up due to trash is needed, a fee will be added)

No pets! No pets! No animals! Inside or outside, no pets are allowed.

No access to garage, excluded from house.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
All trash must be placed in trash can, located in front of house at the time of departure.
All used/ dirty towels are to be placed in bathtub.
Run any dirty dishes in dishwasher.
Turn out all lights interior/exterior
Set A/C to 78 degrees (Summer), 65 degrees (Winter)
**Place door key back in lock box.
