Stay comfortably in Burnet at this 3-bedroom house. Enjoy all the BEST Texas Hill Country has to offer! Located atop a sweeping hill with stunning scenic views, this carefully situated home retreat provides the perfect balance of privacy and space. Plenty of modern comforts but without losing that central Texas feel.

PLEASE NOTE:
Our yard is fenced with a drop on the back, so your little fur friends could technically escape. We are on a well and septic system therefore we have a max of 6 people.

The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds that can be put together as a King, with King linens. Please let us know which configuration you would prefer.

Our pool is not heated. Also, the bunkhouse does not have a bathroom.

We are also in a well and a septic system so we consider all guests using the property in our reservation regardless if they sleep there. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed at our property. Any non adherence will be subject to additional charges or cancelation.

Girl weekend with a beautiful view

We booked this property for a girls weekend, and ultimately plan to spend the majority of our time at the Vrbo and then also spent a day at inks Lake. The property and amenities that they have on the property are lovely! We had a little trouble with check-in, but the host were very responsive, and we’re also super responsive and allowed us to even have a private chef come into the home and cook for us all on our last night. This property is 15 minutes from the state park, is right on the Lake Buchanan, it is about 20 minutes from town and major food and grocery places.

It looks great on the surface and in photos but...I had to reach out to the host to identify how to get access to the property, the day of check in.Dishes and utensils were in the cabinets and drawers with food on them and had to be rewashed in order to be used. (Photos to prove it)The dishwasher had built up food on the door and bottom. It had build up of mold on the framing. We had to wash the dishwasher in order to rewash the dishes to use them. (Photos to prove it)The washing machine had dirt build up (Photos to prove it)Floor and countertops had dirt, food, and hair on it (Photos to prove it)Coffee pot filter was green and black and appeared to have mold build up. One of the rear screen doors has a large hole around the handle. Host actively monitors the home DURING your stay (host messaged me after the first night and was able to confirm how many physical DIFFERENT adults were at the home at that moment and charged extra for visiting guests- they could only know who was there by watching their back porch camera as we were on the back porch eating dinner)After the host reached out during the stay it made us INCREDIBLY uncomfortable that we were being monitored and watched on cameras that we could and could not see.
