"Our stay was mostly good. The kitchen was stocked funny and it took us 4 days to find the cutting board that was stored under the kitchen sink. There also weren’t enough utensils for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the couch in the living room became another bed. "This was my first time staying at W Philadelphia, and for that matter at W hotel. Was amazing and it started before I got there I called and spoke with. I do believe the concierge Tony. My flight arrived early and Tony was so kind to us an early check-in. I was so happy about that. When I went up to my room when I opened the door, the view was amazing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with a view like that and the room itself elegant look to it so I really enjoyed it. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Philadelphia and definitely stay there when I visit Philadelphia again!"
