"I chose this hotel because it was listed as pet friendly. When checking in, my room was downgraded because I brought a pet. The listing should mention that pets are only allowed in some rooms. I have seen this in other hotel listings. Check-ins should be smooth and even though the front desk provided excellent service, being surprised after a long drive was annoying.
