Noelene was very professional and friendly in welcoming us at reception. When we got to the room, the room was clean, tidy and cold. The staff switched the aircon on before we arrived. I feel that if you pay for a place to stay they should have an allocated parking spot for your car. In the evening there was no car space available as it had been taken by other tenants. Also in one available parking space management had placed a cheap table with two chairs for smokers to sit . They should have a designated smoking area not in the middle of a car park space very tacky .

Liked the ease of parking and secure also. Comfy beds and pillows are actually good quality for comfort. Very lovely staff at front counter, checked in all easy with key hand over and knowing they are available 24/7 if needed, that is a great extra that many don't offer the 24/7 assistance if needed.

I was happy that it was Clean and tidy, with modern decor. Nice person at reception to greet us. Unhappy with the noisy environment, which was probably due to the steel carport. The sound of car doors and motors and guests talking outside rooms, echoed throughout the place. Unfortunately it’s hard to control inconsiderate guests, but the cleaners should have known better than to yell at each other as they rolled their noisy equipment past every window. If you’re hoping for a good sleep, probably not the place for you.
