The rooms are as tiny as a match box very dirty my linen had blood stains. The towels had a fowl smell and yellow stains. Staff was very friendly but the place definitely needs better maintenance

My Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel Experience
It’s a great place to stay in Bulawayo. Located close to the CBD and you have easy access to anything you would need in town. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. If you can live without electronics like me just make sure you have a universal adapter with you because the sockets/outlet is the three squares, well in my room it was and the is no USB outlet points for charging.

This place is alright, I have stayed here on quite a few occasions. The staff are lovely, the rooms I have stayed in clean, no complaints there. Minor improvements will enhance the experience: consistent hot water supply, tends to be around in the mornings but some afternoons & evenings there is none. Also suggest there is a maintenance check when rooms are being cleaned...phone wasn't working, some lights where not working (plenty of other lighting in the room though) also there was a draft through closed balcony door. For the time of the year these things were not an issue for me, just things to note. Lastly please add fruits fo the breakfast menu.

Avoid if you are a foreigner
The staff was either friendly or moody depending on the day. The hotel is not really catering to foreign travellers but more for local people. Bar staff likes to overcharge foreigners. Overall I would say avoid this place if u don't wanna end up frustrated.
