I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. No bar, no food, no help from the 4 staff who watched us struggle with luggage and offered no help. Looked like it hasnt been refurbished for 20 years. AC took an hour to impact the room temp. Very unlike any Ibis hotel I've ever used"
