"Historic hotel 﫶Actually rates out closer to 3.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Things to consider: No parking, hotel staff MIA and not helpful (low quality), no amenities, gym was the worse of the worst almost dangerous. However, the property is well maintained, and the room was quite nice. Had a fireplace 🔥. I stayed here because there was a coffee shop in the hotel that was very good but it has since closed, The entire area around the hotel is in a state of decline unfortunately. I hope they can save it 🙏"

"The rooms were terrible, stains all over the floor, mold on walls the bed was not comfortable at all!!! The breakfast was a Joke hardly anything out. Not happy one bit for as much as I paid!!!!! "

"I can only rate this hotel a 10 of a 10. The property is immaculate and located in the heart of downtown Buffalo minutes walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers complementary transportation for free to any restaurant you would like to go which was great. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and very helpful! Shout out to the front desk, the shuttle guy and last but not least to the gentleman at the breakfast area. The breakfast was delicious with everything very fresh. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"It was a nice hotel but the hot springs was closed. That was the entire reason for our visit. It was closed three days before our arrival I feel like we should have been notified by Expedia or the hotel since it was a planned closure. Disappointed in the response from the hotel and Expedia. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel."

"Was a very nice place, the bed was comfortable and it was great to have a separate area from the bed that also had a tv. There is no parking at the hotel itself. On the weekend one of the streets has free parking if you can find a spot. As for the weekdays you would have to park in a parking garage. "

"The heat system was already off for the year. Room was 61 degrees and it took a few hours for a portable heater to arrive. Room was pretty worn out."

"HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS HAD TO BE AT EVENT CENTER AT 7:00 AM. RESTRAUNT FOR DINNER NOT OPEN TILL 4 AGAIN NOT TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE MAJORITY OF GUESTS SCHEDULES WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE."
