    Coastal Haven consists of a main house and an annexe, both single-storey. The main house offers four bedrooms: a king, a double, a twin, and a double bunk room. It has a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The living spaces include a kitchen, sitting room, sunroom/dining room, and a games room/study, with an additional outdoor games room. The annexe features a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and sofa, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a kitchen/diner. The property benefits from oil-fired central heating, an oven, hob, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, a freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Entertainment includes 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, a pool table, darts board, and table football. The rear garden offers decking, furniture, and an outdoor games room. Off-road parking for 3 cars and up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Make memories at Coastal Haven.



    The Neighborhood:

    Crackington Haven is a charming cove near Boscastle, with a mix of rockpools, a sandy beach and good surf. There are two beach shops and cafes, which are wonderful to relax in and look out over the blue seas of the bay. Walking this section of the South West Coast Path, much of it owned by the National Trust, offers dramatic views, a host of wildflowers and an undulating terrain. Just along the coast is the quaint village of Boscastle, with gift shops, local restaurants and pubs offering good food, Cornish real ales and live entertainment by local musicians, making this an ever-popular visitor destination. The sandy Trebarwith Strand beach is within a short drive, as are the surfing beaches at Bude and Polzeath. Close at hand lies Tintagel, swathed in the legend of King Arthur, as well as several stately homes and renowned gardens, or the wide open space of Bodmin Moor, famous for its granite tors and Daphne Du Maurier’s Jamaica Inn.
