Everything was great , the only thing that the room and bathroom it self should have been cleaner ! Other than that everywhere else it was clean!

By far the hotel restautant. The food was incredible wow. Incredible italian food and local cuisine. The location was perfect very close to everything on the buda side. Otherwise the hotel and room were pretty normal except for the nice shower and pressure.

Housekeeper lady's really did a excellent work.Reception desk everyone was helpful,and friendly.Breakfast little pricey and not much fruit available.Overall I'm gonna going back and recommend for everyone.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were generally courteous and spoke English well. However, some of the advertised amenities were not available: there was no laptop for use by patrons as indicated under "business services", and the massage service was not available either. I tried the hotel restaurant and it was disappointing. The food was average -- nothing special at all. The staff also had a significantly higher tolerance for inappropriate behavior by a patron inside the restaurant than I would have thought for such a venue. A man began literally shouting on a phone call -- cursing, swearing and insulting some of the patrons in the dining area. The staff allowed that to go on for much longer than appropriate, stating that he was staying in the hotel, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I opted to eat in my room. When I called the restaurant to collect the tray, they told me to leave it outside in the hall where it stayed for literally hours. I eventually took it down to reception myself. So much for room service, I guess. If I could sum up my stay in one word, it would be 'average'.

The staff was very helpful and professional. I had several requests and they met each one of them. The room was very clean and comfortable. Quite quiet even though it is near the street. I did not hear any outside noise! Will absolutely stay there again!

Great boutique modern hotel in a perfect location for quiet enjoyment of castle area. Steep walk down to Danube & back etc. Not for those who don't like walking. The room was perfect, with a large bath (tub). All very clean. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect for exploring Budapest , you are right next door to the Castle District and short walk to a main metro station and shopping/eating area If you are from the US, your key card goes into a slot just inside the door, this ensures all lights are turned off and allows them to be turned on as well

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean. A short walk to the metro and getting to Pest and shopping areas was really easy. Breakfast was good and I’m glad we decided to pay the extra for it.

After checking in with Nora at the front desk we discovered the temperature in the room was away too hot and uncontrolled. She helped by coming to the room to learn we had a problem and quickly changed our room. One meal we had at the hotel was ruined by experiencing very poor service. The next meal we asked for the waiter whose name might have been Khristian to serve us because of his excellent skills which were observed on the earlier visit.

It had its down sides, good in parts.
A nice hotel from which to visit this great historic city. Room was fine, well equipped and staff first class. Underground parking available (extra) and a restaurant that operates as a separate business to the main hotel. We ate and enjoyed a great meal but found that we were not important enough to enjoy a second dinner, it was reserved for a private party!!! Room service is available we were told, a very small desk and one chair made that impossible. Check before booking as it is not ideal, in fact it would prevent us returning.

The location was great and the room was very clean. Minutes walk through a beautiful park and you’re at the castle. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. No complaints.

Lovely hotel, run by lovely people. We arrived very early and our room was ready in 10 minutes! We never had breakfast as we were on a Dentist trip. But did eat two nights in the restaurante and the staff were lovely, very friendly and knowledgable.

Great hotel in the most beautiful part of Budapest
The male receptionist upon our arrival on Friday, February 15, 2019 at around 11:00 was professional, fast and efficient. We were very satisfied with him and therefore with our stay (as we highlighted this on the form provided in the room). We received a room with a balcony on the first floor as requested that was well equipped and silent (even though someone was smoking during the day on the balcony next door that which very annoying to us as the smoke came over to our room). The area is beautiful and was peaceful that evening despite it being on a Friday. The female receptionist was also great upon our check-out next day whom was happy to help us with calling a taxi and storing our luggage at the facilities for a short wile in a polite and respectful manner. P.S. Wifi was enough efficient and kettle was also lovely to have. The management seemed to have been approved since last summer since our previous stay. Mr Seymour and Mrs Seymour מר וגברת סימור

The Hotel is in a nice location. Not far from Buda Castle, subway, mall and some bars. Its a nice hotel with nice restaurant attached. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only complaint that I have is that the bed in our room was very uncomfortable. They need new mattresses. Overall a nice place. I would stay again if I could get a better mattress.

Third time I've stayed here: it's our hotel of choice when in Budapest. Lovely small hotel in a great location with helpful staff. My only complaint is the breakfast: it's overpriced for the mediocre quality and the staff are not fast enough to restock basic items like cups, or clear tables towards the end of service. Strange because dinner in the same restaurant is fantastic!

Quaint, peaceful location on the Buda side of town. This hotel is probably better suited for families or retirees due to its distance away from the night life of the Pest side of town. The staff were friendly and helpful with siteseeing activities. The room amenities were nice, including the small mini bar selection. The handy complimentary smart phone was a nice plus for travelers in need, though i didn't need it. It was nice they made it available. Breakfast was tasty, especially the poached eggs, bacon and sateed veggies. Kinda light on thr fresh fruit but there was watermelon, banana and kiwi available. On the down side, the immediate surrounding area at night is dark and if you attempt to walk at night to where the activities are (i.e., Pest side) you will be walking down dark streets and barely lit parks. Older folks or single ladies may want to take a cab if you wish to travel around BP at night.
