I'd give this hotel a 3.5 if I could. Some aspects were very good, like the breakfast which was in a lovely solarium with great coffee and good food.
The beds were uncomfortably firm, the pillows strangely thin and flat, and the for me the most difficult part of getting rest was the very weak air conditioning. I've traveled a lot in Europe and understand that systems are less cool than US hotels, but this was uncomfortable. A travel friend in another room also commented, unprompted, on the stuffy conditions. I asked at the (very nice) front desk, and indeed what temperature we got was what the system could manage.
Be aware, opening the windows isn't really an option overnight on the front side of the hotel due to the very busy, noisy street. The hotel has pretty convenient access to transit, but isn't very central to walk to major sights of the city. Also a fairly long trek from the airport by minivan service.
As a mid-price 4*, I just felt this place missed the mark slightly. If the weather had been cooler (27C in mid-May was unexpected), I would probably have given higher marks.
