"Such a beautiful and relaxing get away. The home and property are super well maintained and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed wandering around the property and even got to experience a storm as we sat on the front porch. So much fun that we didn't even want to leave the property during our stay. Definitely 5 stars!"

"This tiny house is so relaxing and beautiful. The walk to the lake is a very easy short distance. Everything is exactly as listed. There are plenty of snacks available and the bed was super comfortable. The towels and linens were fresh and crisp. The host Steve is extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. "We stayed four nights. The log home is even nicer than the pictures. Very comfortable and clean. Suzy the host was so hospitable, she had coffee stuff and and snacks available in the home for guests. Very peaceful setting, so easy to relax in. The front porch and rear patio were awesome to have our coffee on. We would definetely go back. We love history and antiques so this was a perfect place for us to stay."

"We loved this location for a fishing trip. Lots to do nearby and many conveniences. Cabin was the perfect size for 2 people, but when we added our 21 year old, it was tight, especially for sleeping. The main bed creaked A LOT, and the pull out couch needs some attention. We were happy there was an air mattress that we could use. The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the later check out when we asked. Cabin is well taken care of 😊"

" The property provided everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time with our family members and the space was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. We had a great walk over to the retreat center nearby where we saw deer and a spectacular view of the James River.
