"When my elderly mother arrived at check in. The lady at the front desk was so rude. My mother and aunt asked for a room close to the front entrance. Lady gave them room on 3rd floor furthest from elevators. Then my mother ask if they had a wheelchair due to the fact she was there going to Cleveland Clinic for surgery. LADY LIED and stated they did not. When my mother arrived for the next night stay. There was a new lady and they asked same question and accommodation everything. Even gave her a wheelchair to use. "

"This was a good hotel. It was clean,the beds were comfortable and the temperature control was great. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. This wasn't a problem here. the temperature stayed where we set it the whole 4 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the ones at the desk to the ones cleaning the rooms. Everyone made us feel very welcome. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but I have a hard time reading names tags and sometimes they aren't wearing any. There was a few minor issues the kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars. But I stress these were minor things and wouldn't keep us from staying there again. There was no black out curtains so the room wasn't very dark at night. There was no channel guide for the televison which is annoying since we spent a lot of time flipping through channels without knowing what they were trying to find something to watch. A channel guide seems like something that should be provided and it wouldn't take a lot of effort or expense to have one availableand it makes a stay less irrating. The sink was slow to drainbut wasn't a seriuos problem. The only fault with breakfast was no fruit available."

"I didn’t know that IHG has such poorly maintained facilities in this area. Rooms were dingy and carpet is very old. Elevator was not working at all but as we called to the property twice luckily we got the rooms on main floor especially as my MIL is 90! Bathrooms are small, only tub shower so difficult for older people. No coffee pods but only tea pods in room. Definitely need a few upgrades"

"Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed."
