"Great breakfast and presentation "

"First we get there at 4:30 had to wait over an hour for our room. Then Our room was broken into at 03:30am, followed by front staff banging on the door trying to kick us out of the room stating we were in the wrong room. Threatening to call police on us. Ultimately we left by choice at 04:30am. Also had stripped beds and trash in the room when we first arrived. Room wasn’t even ready when they let us in."

"Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat. No coffee replaced, no soap and shampoo replaced. The one morning I went down for breakfast they weren’t open and then when they did openthe coffee was cold, sausage was cold, not impressed. The complementary coffee they have in the lobby. It’s cold. The machine didn’t work, and the area was nasty. The first night I was there my phone didn’t work. I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel and ask for a phone which I didn’t get until the next day when I went down to the front desk and picked it up myself, I asked for extra towels and two blankets that I didn’t get till the next day when I went down to the front desk to get them myself. I could keep going, but I think you get the drift. I feel sorry for the two managers that are taking a lot of grief because the hotel doesn’t hire competent and enough employees to staff for the needs of the customer. The day manager did adjust my bill and I was grateful for that, but it can’t erase the horrid experience I had for four days there."

"Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking. I was charged twice but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it to their attention. So just keep an eye on that."

"Room was clean. Front desk person was very friendly on arrival. Place was quite loud at night between doors squeeking shut, neighbors shouting and laundry being done across the hall. Different items were not available or out of order for breakfast."

"Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!"

"Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not been changed. The refrigerator made noise all night long. The beds were advertised as queen size beds and they were full size beds. The fitness room was closed supposedly because of renovations and when I went to check it out you could see through the window that it was absolutely filthy the garbage can with overflowing the mirrors were dirty. I feel Expedia should remove them from the list of options for motels because everything in the advertisement is false. The self parking was what it was. The window on our room had a broken safety chain and no screen. I would like my money refunded or at least a partial refund and I'm still waiting to hear back from Expedia about that. I have pictures of everything I'm saying."

"The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. "
