Best comfort suites I have ever stayed at. The room was spotless, the staff were very hospitable, customer service was excellent, water pressure was amazing in the shower, breakfast options were plentiful. The hotel is brand new, it has an amazing waiting area and pool. If you're in the Cleveland area, this is the hotel to stay at.

Me and my husband stayed from December 6-12. Everyone from the front desk staff, housekeepers and kitchen staff were very kind. Want to give a shoutout to Bri (front desk) and JD (kitchen) those ladies went above and beyond the call of duty and made our stay vwry comfortable. Will definitely be back

The staff were very courteous. They honored the request that I had. I felt more like part of a family than a stranger. All staff were eager to assist in anyway possible. The hotel was very clean. They also include children with own activity table and TV. Best hotel I have been too!

Every staff member was very courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately, in the room the towel hook was missing from behind the bathroom door and the sink was draining very slowly. One of the lamps did not have a bulb in it. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast bar was very well stocked and a good selection!

I have stayed at other hotels in Cleveland over the past couple of years to visit my mom. Comfort Suites in Brunswick was more reasonable and stay was great. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely plan on staying at the hotel when we return to Cleveland in November.

Perfect property for a family stay. We were here for a soccer tournament, and the kids loved the pool and spacious rooms. The hotel looked newer, and we liked the fact it was tucked behind some shops, but was also very accessible to multiple dining options.

The staff was great!the desk lady, ( think her ladt name was Novak),greated us every time we came back, and told us about fireworks right outside the front door on July third. The lady runnung the bfeakfast was so attentive, and helpful, making sure we got everything we needed. Great stay. I dont travel much but was well pleased.

Had a great stay.

Great hotel. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean. Our room was by the elevator, but it wasn’t loud. Nice park across the street where we were able to go walking and watch the sunset.
