There were 5 or 6 groups waiting to check in since they would not check anyone in before 3:30. They made no announcement when they were ready to check people in, just checked in the next group that walked through the door, leaving those who were waiting quite surprised and a little upset. Overall nice idea but poor execution. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."
