The staff and pick-up service were excellent but in all other respects the hotel needs attention. The decor is old (there was blue masking tape over cracks in the hallway) and the room had definitely seen better days. It felt and smelt old and musty/dirty. The aircon/heating unit was old and very noisy will limited controls. Our tv didn’t work (it needed to be reset which was carried out efficiently when we called reception), the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed properly and we each had 1 standard pillow and what looked like a small sized cushion wrapped in a standard pillowcase on the bed. The bathroom had towels but no bath/shower mat. Very convenient for the airport with good shuttle service but there are others which are newer and better which are just nearby. Perhaps we were just unlucky with the room, but we won’t be staying here again

It is not advertised on Expedia that only one night of parking is free, so if you are flying out for a week you have to pay $7 a day. The tub was so slippery from what they clean with I had to grab the safety bar to keep from falling. I had requested an extra blanket, and did not get it. And the Filipino lady at check in around 4pm was extremely rude.

Right on the airport near the terminal. Surprisingly quiet too. Super convenient to stay at before flying out and some parking available so you can take the shuttle in the morning.
