"The hotel was conveniently located outside of the city center, next to the public transportation lines. The room was clean and big enough for a short term stay. Big plus for the Nespresso machines, I could use my own capsules. Also, big plus for the complimentary access to the professional gym attached to the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zurich. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well located. We found it very easy to get around and never felt that the location was inconvenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn’t ready yet, but the hotel went above and beyond by giving us vouchers to enjoy at one of the restaurants while we waited, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the lake. The bathrooms were also very nice and spacious. But without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely spectacular, with an excellent variety and quality of food. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich. Highly recommended!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent and there are many restaurants within walking distance. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it advertised air conditioning. It was a very hot day when we arrived and the air conditioning unit in our room (not central air) was broken. The hotel sent a man to fix the machine. He literally brought a hair dryer to melt the large block of ice that formed on the inside of the unit. When that didn't work he used an ice pick. It eventually started working, but stopped working and broke down two more times during our three night stay. Our room was hot and that took away from our ability to relax comfortably from the heat. Additionally, the shower head in the shower did not adjust properly and when we asked for it to be fixed the same man who fixed the air conditioner just turned the shower head upside down and then the water sprayed directly towards the wall. All in all, other than the air conditioning issue and shower issue the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. I just expect a bit more. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful."

"This is a vey nice hotel with professional and courteous staff. It is only a few minutes walk to Zurich Train Station (Zurich HB) and main Bus Station. It is clean and very quiet. We only wished that the cleaning crew paid a little more attention to details. We enjoyed our stay in Zurich and sightseeing immensely!"

"Be careful, you have to register online with the hotel to get an entry code, during the process you have to enter your phone number, the website kept telling us it was the wrong format no matter what we tried! Very frustrating and stressful when you are scheduled to arrive and you can’t get a code! We finally discovered if you put a + sign before the number, the registration process works but not too many Americans would know this. Clean, small, functional, great location but if you can help it do NOT get a car, parking is a nightmare. They have 5 small spots downstairs you can rent for $40 every 12 hours, not a car friendly city. Lastly, our true savior who literally saved us from a mental breakdown was Constantina, she helped us register, called the company, got our codes, explained about the parking, she was so sweet, so helpful, we saw her every morning for coffee and she was always smiling and happy to see us. Don’t know what we would have done without her. Free laundry on site you provide the detergent. Short walk to river and train station, really a great location and you can’t beat the price in Zurich. Wish there was a roof deck or somewhere you can have a nightcap and visit but there is not. Great Kebab restaurant just down the hill, easily share one entree to save some $$$, they aren’t kidding when they say Zurich is expensive! The bed is comfortable and there is a lift for upper floors. All in all a good stay just wish the check in was a little easier."
