Thanksgiving Retreat

The house and its location were perfect for our quiet family Thanksgiving holiday. Everything we needed was availabe in the house and was easy to find. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts were greatvto work with. The Christmas decorations were beautiful too!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home was perfect, so clean, and just off the beaten path enough but convenient at the same time. The home was decorated for the holidays and our family enjoyed every minute of our stay! The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit! Definitely recommend and we will be back!!

Great place for a weekend get away

We stayed for two nights and the place was great. Plenty of room for everyone in a very quiet, secluded area. It was clean and comfortable. Close to Chattanooga and other areas for shopping. The video games were cool and we used the fire pit. Overall, it was a nice place and we will stay again.

Perfect secluded spot near Sweetens

Property is exactly what’s needed for a quick weekend at Sweetens Cove. Property and home are just as described with ample outdoor space for yard games and a nice outdoor grill and pit for quiet evenings. Lots of beds and Stacey is super friendly and helpful for anything. Will stay again next time in the area

Bryant home rental

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the open concept was wonderful. The hot tub, fire pit, spacious outside area to play and the tree swing were enjoyed as well. It was also close enough for a trip to Chattanooga for the aquarium for a couple hours. We will definitely want to stay again.

Nice place for our stay for 4 nights. Very clean. Make sure you bring soap and shampoo. There is a DG 10 minutes from house. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after spending the day hiking.

Lovely place to stay

We had a wonderful experience in bryant. We stayed here so my husband could run a race. The kids loved the avengers room and we enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable. During the night we had a bad storm and the property manager checked in on us. Very considerate.

Beautiful country home

Our daughter was a flower girl in a wedding and the location is between the wedding venue and the location of the dress rehearsal the night before so this was very convenient . The home is very well kept and updated and had everything we needed longer . Hot tub was awesome

The house was as it looked in the pictures. The host was very responsive. The house was clean and well organized. Everything we needed was available. The kids loved the games in the Avengers room and the fire pit outside for s'mores. I loved how quiet and lovely it was. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great get away.

Best Vacation House Period!

First, I would say that we have rented 20+ homes for vacation over the years. This one is up there at the top! We absolutely loved the nice open field, basketball court, and back porch area. The home is in fantastic shape and has everything needed for a great stay. It's about a 30-minute drive to Chattanooga and there are plenty of waterfalls within a short drive. We love the outdoors, and this house is so peaceful. Thank you for a great stay. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Oasis in the woods

We loved our stay here. The house was nicer than the pictures and had something fun for all of us to do including our teenagers. The kids loved the fire pit,…toasting marshmallows, foosball wars, a basketball hoop, and the Jacuzzi. Stacy, the host was amazing and very helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone. It’s nice and private with a great view at the top of the hill. but close to all the main attractions in Chattanooga. Also, The beds are super comfortable. They thought of everything we needed, and even supplied the wood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great vacation!

We Will Be Back

Everything in the pictures is how it really is! The big beautiful yard, spacious parking, beautiful home with a beautiful view! It was so nice my husband looked at me and was worried about how much money we spent on it. It truly is in a central location to a lot of great tourist attractions. Since we came at Thanksgiving a gorgeous Christmas tree welcomed us to help kick off our holidays! Our family lives nearby and we will frequent this home when we visit!

Awesome Family Weekend in Bryant, AL!

Our three young adult children met us at this wonderful home in Bryant, AL for a family weekend. We enjoyed everything about the property - space for five adults to breathe together, an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area where we prepared meals and watched football, shooting hoops on basketball pad, swinging in the tree out front, grilling by the fire pit out back, and late night relaxing in the hot tub each night. We traveled into the Chattanooga area on Saturday, which was only about thirty minutes away, and visited a few local attractions. The peace and quiet was just what our family needed to reconnect with nature and each other! The owners were so kind and responsive to the few questions we had. We will recommend this rental to our friends and family and, hopefully, return here someday ourselves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, the house itself is completely updated and very spacious. There’s something to do for everyone inside the home and a hot tub out back next to a grill and fire pit. Big deck with outside table. The hot tub was very clean and meticulously maintained. They had it at 104 when I got there which is my personal liked temp anyway. Basketball court (half size roughly) out front. The home was insanely clean not to mention beautiful inside, the communication with the owner was top tier, and the drive through the mountains to get here was fantastic. Chattanooga TN was half an hour for some barbecue. Nice local town and places within 10-15 minutes. The property sits back off the road so no noise or neighbors looking over. If you’re looking for a pleasant little oasis in the mountains, check this place out!

Great house for fisherman!!

Recently renovated home with plenty of parking for trucks and boats and six beds, which accommodated our needs for a bass tournament on Lake Nickajack. We will stay there again for sure!
