"I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed that the staff were busy talking among themselves and were not paying attention to customers. At approximately 6:00 a.m., I received a call from the reception desk. When I answered and asked for the reason for the call, the staff member hung up without providing any explanation. In addition, the internet service was not working during my stay, which caused significant inconvenience. When I checked in, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my reservation. However, I knew that I had already paid for breakfast and asked the staff to verify the reservation details. After reviewing the booking, they confirmed that breakfast had in fact been paid for and included. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, the poor customer service, and the issues experienced during my stay."
