Great location and rooms

The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect and there’s an underground car park next door which is secure. The problem is checking in. The front door is locked. No one answered for nearly an hour. One phone number wasn’t answered and the other is out of service

It was nice but, not enough toilet paper... Ran out before the morning. The linens could use a change... They where torn so as the mattress. And they should leave conditioner in the shower. But other than that slept great. Good coffee in the room. Awesome area . They have the place to be a great hotel!! Just need a bit of more touch!

Quaint and charming

This hotel is close to town in a very old building, which gave it charm but also skinny hallways and stairs.Parking was downstairs underneath the freeway, which was a little tricky until you knew what you were doing. Check in was down a back alley where you had to ring a doorbell to be let in. There really wasn’t a reception. We were just walked through a dark hallway into a restaurant where we believe the waiter that checked us in. The room was big and comfortable.

For the price, this was hard to beat. Great location and not far from station, but we ended up getting there early in the morning (as we only had a day there) and on top of being difficult to find, the “staff” told us to just place our luggage in a random, unlocked and unstaffed room while we waited for the room to be ready at 2pm. No elevator and had to go up like six flights of stairs but room was spacious and good view and clean. Would have gotten more stars yet “staff” not accommodating and poor instructions.

Confortable room near parking and city center

Small but confortable and clean room, near the center of Bruges (5-10 min by foot to the main points of interest). Big parking (14 euros for 24 hours) next to the hotel. Excellent and big breakfast available.

Room itself was pleasant enough. The architecture was beautiful, with authentic old timber floors and exposed wooden beams full of character. However, there were several aspects of the experience that fell short. The accommodation is located above a bar, and the overall setup made us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. Check-in is handled by the bar staff, and the person assisting us was unfriendly and unhelpful. Access to the property is through an inconspicuous rear entrance, which only reinforced the impression that the accommodation is secondary to the bar and restaurant at the front. The room itself also lacked attention to detail. The bathroom mirror was cracked, with sections of glass appearing loose and at risk of falling out. The towels had been rolled up and placed inside the sink, which felt odd and unhygienic. Refreshments were minimal — just two Nescafé coffee pods and a coffee machine, with no tea or complimentary water provided. We purchased a 2L bottle of water from the bar and were charged €9 despite being guests. This could quite easily have been complimentary. Finally, I was staying with my five-year-old child, and I was concerned that the bathroom window had no safety restriction or protection to prevent it opening fully. A child could easily fall out, which is a serious safety issue.

Niente della struttura corrisponde alla descrizione su Expedia. Checkin tremendo, la persona che ci ha accolto, dopo essere stata chiamata dai camerieri del ristorante, era maleducata e svogliata, non sapeva neanche quanti gg ci saremmo fermati né se avessimo pagato la colazione che, tra l'altro non è all'interno della struttura. Il parcheggio non ha convenzioni ma seppur vicino abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci e pagarlo a prezzo pieno. Niente pulizie giornaliere e polvere in giro, lenzuola strappate niente phone in camera e asse del water rotto e nastrato.

Die Hotelbeschreibung entspricht nicht der Tatsache.... ausser das es nah an der Altstadt liegt. Die angegebene Adresse führt in ein unterirdisches öffentliches Parkhaus mit ganz normalen Preisen, die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Parkmöglichkeit, befinden sich am Bahnhof ca. 15 Minuten Gehweg vom Hotel entfernt. Die angegebene Hausnummer existiert auch nicht, den der Eingang befindet sich im Hinterhof.... Dort gibt es keinen Empfangslobie und/oder anwesendes Personal, geschweige den die erwähnte Zeitung! Die Abwicklung, sprich Bezahlung und weiter Angelegenheiten werden, im dort befindliche Restaurant (beim Kellner) vorgenommen. Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig, wurde aber nicht gereinigt und die erwähnte Zimmer Reinigung fand während unseren Aufenthalt auch nicht statt. Davon abgesehen war die Toilettenbrille mit Klebeband repariert! Für das von uns dazugebuchte Frühstück mussten wir ein anderes Hotel ( ca. 5-10 Min. Gehweg) aufsuchen...

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es un poco complicado encontrar la entrada del hotel porque se reserva donde está el bar. El grifo del lavamanos donde me hospedé servía pero estaba roto. La habitación limpia, sin embargo, la tetera y la máquina de café no servían. El minifrigobar me sirvió de mucho . En resumen, si me gustó pero tiene cosas que mejorar.

Moeite met inchecken. Paar keer aangebeld en gebeld op telefoon maar werd niet open gedaan en opgenomen. Moesten blijkbaar inchecken aan de andere kant van het gebouw in een restaurant. Dit was niet duidelijk. Maar verder een mooie kamer en een goed bed.

L’accueil du personnel est déplorable. On a vraiment l’air de déranger. Le chauffage en position hors gel !!! Le ménage !!!! Horrible de la poussière, énormément de poussière dans les coins, sur la lampe de chevet, la tête de lit mais surtout sur les poutres et l’armoire. Le lavabo ne se visait pas bien : poils et cheveux étaient au rdv. Dégoûtant ! Dommage car le logement est très bien placé et le lit est confortable.

ABANDONO DOS HOSPEDES

O local não tem placa de identificação ou n que identifique o imóvel na rua, o local fica em um bar e não tem recepção, é um bar! Depois de muito procurar e entre uma pergunta e outra, um morador nos ajudou, nos levando ate o bar/hotel, a onde não há recepção, a entrada dos hóspedes é em uma viela atrás aos fundos e onde fica a saída dos empregados de vários restaurantes e suas cozinhas. Os quartos ficam nos andares superiores, o local mais parece um labirinto com corredores e escadas sinuosas e com degraus super estreitos (um verdadeiro perigo para nós idosos), ninguém para nos ajudar. O quarto e o banheiro são ate que simpáticos e com bom tamanho, a roupa de cama era boa mas estava manchada, não nos foi dada a internet e tão pouco a senha para usa-la e nem nos avisaram sobre o café da manhã que é ofertado em outro local distante dos dormitórios, em nosso quarto havia uma chaleira suja e encardida que não tivemos coragem de usar e uma maquina de cafe expresso com 2 cafés e açúcar que também não foi reposto, não houve limpeza ou arrumação, enfim fomos largados neste local sem cerimônia. Somente queriam o pagamento pois prestar qualquer serviço aos hospedes não prestaram.

Einchecken erst nach Suche möglich, Auschecken gar nicht. Betreten des Hotels nur nach langer Suche auf der Rückseite, vorn durch das Restaurant nur sehr ungern. Zimmer an sich aber sehr schön, wenn auch Spinnennetze im Gebälk, Staub überall und ungeputzte Duschtüren.

Lite svårt att hitta som många skrivit. Fråga på restaurangen som ligger på den angivna adressen, de var hjälpsamma och inte alls otrevliga som flera skrivit. Bra boende centralt i Brugge och mycket nära parkeringshus med bra parkering. Perfekt om man inte behöver full service.
