"We have stayed at Park Inn several times in the past few years. They have recently completed a huge renovation! The rooms are updated, the bar and restaurant have been completely redone! The lunch and dinner was excellent! Quality and presentation! The staff at reception could not have been more friendly and helpful, Dugan (?) was exceptional! Staff at bar and breakfast were efficient and pleasant! What more can you ask for! And steps to Shannon Airport… follow the footpath!"

"The location is wonderful... steps from the castle and from shops and cafes. The hotel is beautiful, especially the entry and seating area. There is a steak house in the hotel. The rooms were nice, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything was clean and new. The pool, gym, sauna, and steam rooms were a wonderful addition."

"Great location with walking distance to all the sights and lots of options for meals. We had a great dinner at Spitjacks 1 block from the hotel. King John’s Castle was a 15 minute walk. The staff were great and accommodating. We had the family suite (room 306), which was very large and beds were comfortable (2 twin, 1 king). We opted for the breakfast in the morning, which was excellent ($19 euro for adults, $15 for kids). It was nice not having a breakfast buffet and the service was excellent. Parking was across the street with a discounted rate of $12 euro. We would definitely stay here again. "
