Great location for downtown Limerick. Staff was great, rooms were clean and well decorated. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Parking across the street, but valet available too.

The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. They had a nice bar area to sit and enjoy a drink after a long day. The bar was very busy as we happened to be there during graduation week. The hotel was close to shopping and dining. We did order a chocolate ice cream dessert that was really good. The bed was not comfortable.

We had an awesome dinner in the Hampton Restaurant. We did have an issue with the room not being cleaned one day because we had inadvertently put the do not disturb on which we did not know about. 😉They did resolve the issue. The breakfasts were amazing and very elegantly served. Perfect location.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff (Caleb) was very hardworking and helpful. We felt very welcomed. The room was gorgeous. Walkers shortbreads were on the coffee cups. We would stay here again!

My experience from the beginning was not good. When I checked in I was made to wait for at least 5 minutes while the person checking in was scribbling on paper. I was not given clear direction by this person about the parking across the street and that they had to validate the ticket to receive the discounted pricing. Upon arrival to our room the toilet was still quite dirty and we had to ask the concierge to have someone come up to complete the cleaning. The bathroom was dusty and not as clean as it should have been. The food and service in the restaurant/bar was very good.
