The property was great and we were well looked after. We did have a hard time finding a local restaurant that was open after 6:00 PM.

The facility is not new, but everything was well maintained and worked well. The hostess, Sylvia was outstanding! She also cooks a fabulous breakfast to order, which also included fresh berries and home made jam.

Staff, Sylvia, was very attentive at check in, in the evening and at breakfast. I thought the hotel would be loud at first but it was not. Great breakfast! My only 'negative' would be outdated furniture in room was aged and stained yellow. Linen smelt nice and freshly laundered. Comfortable bed.

Great place. Great staff. Shower was really small and hard to use. Toilet was also tricky. Overall, if you want to stay in Tipp Town, this is a great option.

Very nice people, good service and clean, However the property really needs some renovation and also all towels, bed sheets and even cloth table need to be replaced as all edges shredded over the years

Delightful

We are not usually B and B folks, that said, this was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Sylvia cooked to order, so cheerful and friendly. Initially Tipperary was an in between stay but it turned out to be one of our favs.

Wonderful service and breakfast. Room good but not aesthetically pleasing and tv very small. I was informed that water heater needed repair and was making a loud noise until shut off at 11pm. Hopefully, not a problem in the future.

Perfect stay in Tipperary

Right in the action of Tipperary . Great friendly stay with Silvia, the family and great friendly staff making your stay in Tip the best experience . We were there from Sydney for a family reunion for 3 nights and had the best stay and the comfort and friendliness was outstanding .would recommend anyone to stay here as it’s so close to Tipperary town . Service was superb as was breakfast. Accommodations were casual and comfortable. Structure was somewhat dated but everything was in working order. I would highly recommend it for those who are looking for great value with reasonable expectations.
