"I’m truly grateful for my stay at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. The team went out of their way to accommodate my requests, and it genuinely made my entire weekend special. I loved the property and the overall experience. That said, a few of the front desk staff could work on their customer service, a little more warmth and attentiveness would make a big difference. Also, it would be wonderful if the hotel could add microwaves to the beautiful rooms. Thank you again to the staff who made my visit so memorable!"

"This was not worth your money. The pictures they show you are not of that place. It was dirty. I don’t know how they consider this being a nice place. I couldn’t even find the place called the contact. They couldn’t explain it at first then they told me to call back in 30 minutes and it was just so hard to find and then when we found it, it was dirty. There were bugs that I’ve never seen the bed. My husband didn’t fit on it. There was just so much with this place that was wrong. They said they had a poo. There was no poo. We did not stay. We lost our money and we have to go and find somewhere else to stay. Don’t book "
