"Great overall. Cabin was clean and cozy but a little heavy with furniture to navigate around. No toliet so thank gooodness I packed some and left a couple rola for the next guests. I’m convinced the giant tadpoles ate all the fish…not even a nibble. The hill going up to the cabin can be tough for someone with health issues. Big rocks along the shoreline makes it dificult to get in the water. Overall, it was a great stay with a nicely secluded can in the woods. My favorite part was the firepit. "

"This property was incredible! We had such a great stay and enjoyed our week immensely. The black flies and mosquitos were terrible, but we didn't let them ruin our time. The beach is beautiful - we were able to enjoy sunset from kayaks on the lake! The location of this property is perfect to enjoy everything in both the Porcupine Mountains and the Keweenaw Peninsula. The home itself is clean and well kept - the kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom layout was great for our multi-generational family."

"This is a great place to stay. The house is nicely updated and sits right on a beautiful beach. The house is very well stocked with everything you can need even including firewood. The most well stock home we have ever stayed in. Very clean and updated. Great sunsets, fire on the beach and close to town. The owners I think put a lot of thought into the hose and property to make guests feel comfortable and to have everything they need. Nice owners and good communication. Best place we have stayed at in Ontonogon. Close to town and grocery about a couple miles. Would definitely stay here again. "

"House is in a great location for quick access to the Porkies. It was clean and stocked with the essentials. Only negative was that all of the tv remotes needed batteries, not a big deal since I didn't plan to watch much tv anyway. Great stay overall. "
