"Such a nice, new place. The owner/manager Been was so accommodating and helpful. Right at the downtown so easy to walk places. Enjoyed our short stay. My 1 complaint was the hard bed. Others will like that but with my bad joints, it was not the most comfortable. Overall great, tho. "

"Staff was accommodating of early checkin. Like having refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave in room. Spacious room with small couch as well as bed. Very walkable into Blowing Rock. Not fancy but good value for the price. "

"Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. Leaves and sticks from the winter had not been picked up. Gazebo with a fireplace is a nice place to hangout. Our fifth visit here and a couple of issues this time. We still like it overall. A nice rate. Likely, we will return. "

"Excellent for the price. Friendly staff, great location for downtown BR and clean. It’s a little dated but that is why it’s a little cheaper I imagine. I felt totally safe as a woman traveling alone. Would definitely stay there again "
