The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge.

If you enjoy old, dirty, poorly maintained rooms that feature used child swimsuits (and you don’t have children) with loud staff who stand around instead of assisting you and paying a premium for it, the Mondrian is spot for you!
