"Excellent!"

"The room was not very clean. Toilet was dirty. Floor was also not clean. Bed was comfortable. We were told they had service to Port of Miami. Turns out day we needed it they didn't. I called ahead of time wondering how we reserved it. Never said they didn't on that day. Then we had to try and find a ride. The next morning by husband mentioned it to day help and they said they would of helped with a cab. Would of been nice on evening when we checked in. Only had regular soda. One variety."

"Although the staff was friendly, the parking was difficult, but the rooms/hotel itself definitely was extremely underwhelming. The shower appeared to have clear caulking over mold, and the space to get into the room or the bathroom was incredibly tight. I was grateful I only needed to have a place to rest my head for an early flight the following morning."

"Stayed overnight for our cruise. Good for overnight or short stays, no close restaurants nearby, used door dash. Hotel is dated and needs some improvement. "

"Had take out menu for Chinese right at the check in desk. Super convenient, we ate in our room after hours of driving. We really didn’t want to go back out. The associates at the desk were very friendly and patient with my questions. Our room was comfortable with an easy chair and desk chair. The king size bed was comfortable and I slept for a long time! The breakfast was very easy to get although there was a crowd of other guests. The process of getting a shuttle to Miami Port was pretty basic. We arranged it at check in when we arrived for the night. The next day we were told to meet a half hour before departure time for the shuttle. We were early and were able to get an earlier shuttle. The traffic at the port was very heavy so we were glad to get there with time to spare. Fortunately the cruise line allowed us on the ship early and here we are enjoying our cold drinks listening to live Caribbean music! Lovin life!!!"
