"Honestly, it was not great. The young lady at the front was as helpful as she could be. However, there was no tv, ice machine was out, half the lights didn’t work in the room, there also was no iron or iron board in the hotel. I was there because my Uncles funeral was the next day, so that made it tough. Nothing was offered to me and that was more disappointing than anything. Not that I needed something and customer service is first and foremost doing something for your customers, when amenities or whatever it may be are unavailable. Thanks, Andrew "

We had an issue with the stove not working and Chris took care of it immediately and we were able to seamlessly use the kitchen for our meals. This space is tidy and cozy.
