"There was a strong bad smell coming from the jacuzzi, may need to be rinse with disinfectants... we didn't use it. Beds were comfortable enough, the furniture and appliances looked very dated."

"The location is stunning, we had a room looking over the harbour. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, dark curtains, lift available to get upstairs with luggage. I would have loved ground coffee option instead of the instant coffee, particularly because it was a more expensive room. Staff was friendly except the South African receptionist who checked us in and who came across cold. Great stay, we will return when travelling to Picton again."

"The self check in was easy. Our Ferry came in quite later than scheduled so it was a quick stay over before leaving the next day. Too short of a stay to find anything wrong but much nicer and spacious than a regular motel. Very clean. 5 minutes off the Ferry. The spa was nice and so was the balcony in our unit. It was nice to have a grocery store and gas station so close they could easily be located just by looking out the window and not involve following any directions."

"Travelling on own and booked room in hostel. Did what it said on tin. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room secure and no negative vibes. I am 59 yearly old male travelling about for 4 weeks. Maybe should be spending more on hotels but would rather keep money for wine tours and trips on boats. Great value for what I paid and staff great. "
