"Overall, a decent property. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this place falls in the middle of all our experiences. The place was nice, but you could tell they are kind of letting things go down. The yard looked like it hadn't been mowed in weeks, with weeds coming up all over the place. The carpet wasn't clean and our feet were dirty right away. We had to go to the store and get a bigger pot and pan, as there were very few to choose from. The place has a nice tree...

"This was our second time staying here. We go to the Hops & Coaster Drops event at Indiana Beach every year. This place never disappoints. Always clean and very roomy for a decent size group, easy check in process, peaceful, fantastic location, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the amusement park. "Great house! Three bedrooms , Two bathrooms one of which is Jack and Jill style between the upper bedrooms. "This is our third time staying at this property and we already booked a weekend for next year. Heidi's house is great for 3 families, each with their own restroom and bedrooms to accommodate multiple kids. We swam in the lake, and hot tub - walked to the amusement park, it was great! The swing set is really for younger kids - so just keep that in mind, but it didn't matter to us because there was so many other things to do!"

"This home was just so adorable! I loved the decor and it was so very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy our time, but it was a quick weekend for moving our Purdue student into housing. The owner was very responsive and kind. I did have trouble adjusting the temperature of the home, but I think that was user error not anything to do with the house. Easy check in and check out. I’d definitely stay here again. "

There were a few cleaning items mentioned to the owner but they were apologetic, and I feel items will be corrected before the next guests. Neighborhood properties were not kept up to potential, however, everyone was quiet and polite."

"We had a good stay at this renovated cabin with beautiful river views. As shown in pictures, the living space of cabin is above the ground a full flight of stairs. We enjoyed watching wildlife. Bald eagles, hawks, heron, deer crossing river, and more. Our dog enjoyed watching the river and wildlife too. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. "The location was beautiful and quiet, and overall we had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we return to the area. The only issues were that the wifi password was nowhere to be found (host provided it after we texted), oven didn't seem to work and there was an unmarked somewhat large hole in outdoor deck where wood had rotted that could've led to injury if we stepped there without noticing it."
