"Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car rentals too. "

"The rooms are beautiful. There was a school baseball team staying the same time and they weren’t supervised. There was screaming and running up and down the hallways all night. When I told the clerk at the desk- overnight and in the morning – the answer they both gave was “sorry”. No… I am sorry I paid for a hotel and expected a better night sleep. I didn’t expect to sleep with ghetto behavior right outside my door. I expected that when a guest complains, someone comes up to the floor and looks into the problem. I do not expect a lame “Sorry” in response to an issue. For what I paid, it should have been refunded. "

"Cars parked in handicap spots without a handicap parking permit. Very low water pressure. Looks like renovations will start soon… not soon enough. Police are there every time I stay which is approximately every 3-5 months "

"Gorgeous location. Comfortable rooms. Just an A+ experience. We have stayed here as a family, (at least 4 rooms), three or four times."

"Bathroom was terrible. We were there for one night only. After we checked into our room (after dinner) we realized the water pressure was almost not there. The toilet was flushing after 5 to 7 flushes and the water in the sink was a trickle. Did not feel like changing rooms again, so we just had to put up with it foe onw night. "

"I thought I was getting a free breakfast. Turns out I was charged $30 for a 8.00 IHOP breakfast. + tip. The waitresses were excellent though. All else good"
