"Perfect for Family time "

"This was such a great experience for our family of 5. Two adults and three kids fit perfectly in the bed and the sofa bed. We loved our little cabin. We couldn't leave windows open because of the wildlife ( they had fans), but it was a little warm at bedtime ,but it cooled down. They had basketball courts volleyball.courts, a rec room with popcorn, towels and board games. So cute ! And the best part it was less than 2 minutes walk to their private beach ! And not to mention very close to Kings Beach, shopping, and local restaurants . We had such a great stay ! "

"This was a spacious, comfortable home and the view into the forest (with a little creek) from the deck was gorgeous. Dining table, umbrella and plenty of dining chairs. Our kids enjoyed the access to play outside and it was lovely, private, and quiet. The home is very clean, bones are somewhat dated but the appliances, beds, furniture is newer and in great shape. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room, nice dining space, kitchen was equipped well enough to function but missing a few things I'd like to see like medium sized pots, kettle, butter knives, scissors. Beds were quite soft for my liking but very clean linens and still comfortable. One downside for me was there wasn't a lot of natural light inside despite plenty of windows, and two of the wndows had an odd plastic (storm cover?) hanging over them so you couldn't really see out or get air in. (one in main bedroom, one in living space). Plenty of lamps and good indoor lighting though, nice fireplace. "

"The property was beautiful, and just behind the house, about a 5 minute hike away, there is a breathtaking view of the lake. The home has fun games such as shuffleboard and foosball, along with super comfortable modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms along with ample sleeping quarters to accomodate a large group. The only downside of this excellent property is that the stairs being carpeted made them somewhat easy to slip on, just be careful and you'll have a great time. "

"This cabin was perfect for our week-long ski trip at Northstar. The location is great - no traffic to or from Northstar! Close to the lake, the grocery store, and a great pizza spot. It was big enough for our family of four plus our brother-in-law. Great spot!"

"When arriving the bearmat was disconnected. When entering the house know there is no air conditioning so if you are sensitive to heat I wouldnt reccomend staying. The floor of the living room was heavily scratched. The deck of the balcony should be checked because some boards are loose and could be a tripping hazard. The hottub had to be reset many times over the course of our trip but was fine over all. The place is very worn down, with doors, cabinets, and tables being scratched up too.The couches were fine and comfortable, aswell as the master bedroom bed and the lower solo bedroom. The bunk beds were creaky and painful after long periods of rest The screen door also had issues with even functioning. The bathrooms were very nice but I do reccomend putting a bathmat in the lower floors bathroom because it could be a slipping hazard. The bottom floors tiles are not set in place and you can hear them shifting and feel them slightly moving. One bonus is they do have netflix and hulu on the tv, and the hot water and water pressure were very nice. Over all i would give this a 3 out of 5 stars, it can be an enjoyable stay but the cons overway the good, good if you just need a place to sleep and shower. We did have a bear break in to the garage while we were sleeping and it seems like it has happened before. It tore up trash and a garage door, and we were told to just leave it alone, which attracted the bear."
