"Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. "

"This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a huge modern shower and large fluffy towels. There were plenty of choices for breakfast and it was all cooked perfectly. "Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...
