Newly built and beautifully decorated throughout, this spacious home sits just a short stroll from the sandy beach and lively town centre an ideal base for families, friends, or groups of up to eight guests (maximum six adults). Step inside to a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with everything you need for easy holiday living, including a Nespresso machine for slow morning coffees. The adjoining living space features large bi-fold doors that open directly onto a private patio with outdoor seating a lovely spot for breakfast in the sun or a relaxed drink after the beach. A handy utility room on the ground floor makes rinsing off sandy clothes simple, and there’s also a small WC for convenience. The first floor includes a cosy twin bedroom, a comfortable double bedroom, and a modern family bathroom. You’ll also find a dedicated TV room with a large screen and sofa bed perfect for movie nights or as an additional sleeping space if requested in advance.
