"This is a lovely flat which is well located for beach and restaurants. Good bus links to Margate and Ramsgate as well as nice cliff walks. The flat is clean and well equipped with great views. There are quite a few stairs but not a problem for us."

"This property is in great location in the seaside town of Broadstairs. As promised it had a seaview. It is on the quieter side of the town but within a pleasant, short walk of the main town with its bars and restaurants. The property is clean and comfortable with plenty of crockery for those who want to eat in. The lounge spacious, although it took us a while to figure out the television, a guide would've been useful. The sofa and chairs comfortable and the decor interesting. I would recommend...

"A comfortable and convenient stay in central Margate. The whole apartment was well decorated and equipped, and was just what we needed for our evening at Dreamland. It's above a central Margate pub, so the outside noise was to be expected. It didn't stop us from getting a decent night's rest, and all in all, great value for money. I'd happily stay here again."

Nowhere on your website was there a correct photo of the property showing the the apartment was on the 3rd floor and we were unaware that we - both over 80 - would have to climb with immense difficulty getting up the many steep stairs with our luggage. It also therefore restricted how often we felt like going out for a walk. It was only when receiving final confirmation of booking that it was indicated...
