"The area for my dog was safe and secure. Autumn Rose cottage is absolutely beautiful, if you need to relax you really couldn't ask for more. There is a vast amount of books to suit all tastes, and many games to suit younger children. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom is stunning with a rolled top bath and rainfall shower, however, if you have hip or back problems the bath is extremely difficult to get in and out of due to its depth. Autumn Rose is clean and comfortable and warm as you are able to control the central heating with the thermostat. Wendy has put a lot of thought into making her guests feel welcome and comfortable. "Really wonderful stay at the Spinney! Would definitely recommend. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space to accommodate us all. Stunning views, lovely hot tub, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and spacious living and bedrooms. Ideal location close to Brixham, Totnes and Paignton. Ideal for a larger group trip to Devon! "

"This is an exceptional house overlooking Torbay. The management team were very informative from start to finish and gaining access was simple. The house was extremely clean and very well presented throughout. We had 8 adults staying over three generations and found the areas spacious with different areas to accommodate everyone.The four double bedrooms down stairs are all very comfortable with well appointed bathrooms. The views from the master bedroom are wonderful with a terrace outside patio doors for early morning coffee. The fifth bedroom is located upstairs with a double sofa bed. This was ideal for our adult son but is probably a little tight for a couple for much longer than a weekend.The upstairs however is simply breathtaking. The open plan kitchen living area has 180 degree views of the whole bay which are just amazing, the pictures cannot do it justice.The property is in a residential area at the end of a small road. However it is extremely peaceful and very quiet neighbourhood.We would highly recommend both the property and the management team."
