"It was a clean room the bathroom was a bit small you could not dry with a towel in there.The fan was noisy and pulsated.The shower cubicle did have some silicone hanging and not meant for larger people.The only draw back was the steps up to the hotel I saw but no disabled access.there was plenty of parking and the breakfast was Great."

"We requested an upgrade to a delux double room, we also requested to have well done bacon and this was granted for breakfast as the ones provided were not as we would have liked. Staff were very very helpful staff, spa staff lovely and helpful. Reception staff lovely, first impression great. Bar staff great. Evening meal lovely food and staff great, this is the second time we've stayed at the Imperial, I do recommend it and would stay again. They are refurbishing the hotel so some areas done and and a lot more to do as a very large hotel, pool is lovely, steam and jacuzzi amazing. So yes all amazing. All good. Nice place to stay."
