The staff were fantastic and the room was lovely and spacious, the only downside was the very low water pressure in the bathroom - we were on the top floor though, so maybe that’s to be expected in an older building.

The staff were outstanding at this hotel. From booking the hotel to the moment we left, we felt looked after. It reminds me of what good service should look like. I will definitely book again when I next stay in London.

Amazing bell staff, Pratavia, manager, all the TH rest BFast staff !! Diego and Eyimifi (sorry if I spelt that incorrect) always helpful and genuine in their care for our enjoyable stay !! Jay!! At TH was always attentive, remembering the small details making our stay even more special.. Thank you all at the Taj!!!

If you’re wanting to explore Buckingham Palace area, it’s in great location and there’s plenty of restaurants not far for any craving you have the hotel itself is super nice. The food there is great the people there are great. We had the best time.
