"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property is beautiful, very well decorated, and has an upscale feel. The location is fantastic, with most of the town within easy walking distance. We also highly recommend the wine tour available from here. It was one of the highlights of our trip and well worth it.A few things future guests should know. First, this is not a full house rental but rather one of two apartments within the house. We initially had some difficulty finding the entrance and understanding the parking situation. The description could be a little clearer, but once we walked up to the house and saw the signs for the Tiger's Den and Lily's Pad, everything made sense.Also, there are no cooking facilities besides a microwave. This was our mistake, as we're used to renting full homes, but it's something guests should be aware of. The refrigerator is quite small and sits very low, making it a bit difficult to access comfortably. The bed was also less comfortable than we had hoped.Finally, during our three-night stay, only two washcloths were provided and we would have appreciated more, although there were plenty of towels.Despite these minor issues, the property is gorgeous, clean, and in a great location. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again."

"Kristin's place is superbly located and well-appointed. The bed and linens were so comfortable and the steam shower was blissful. Kitchenette offers brand new, top of the line appliances. A power outage (due to a major storm) complicated check-in, but Kristin was super responsive. I will stay here the next time I visit!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this 5 star cottage! It is located very close to the Britt and downtown Jacksonville. All very walkable. At the same time, it is set back from the street so you don’t hear noise at night. The cottage is decorated beautifully, is spacious, and has all the amenities you could need. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, although you could, but having a small refrigerator, sink, coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar was great for our mornings there. The cottage is very comfortable with a sitting area, fireplace, AC and a big bed with luxurious linens and blankets. The only view is to a grassy yard area in the back which was nice. The bathroom is tight for two at the same time but nicely done. The materials used are modern and earthy. The whole cottage had recently been remodeled and it is gorgeous. Parking was right out front. Our host was wry nice and always quick to respond to my inquiries prior to coming to Jacksonville. I knew everything I needed to before arrival. I think you would enjoy the upgraded ambiance and amenities of this lovely cottage."
