ATTENTION ROCK CLIMBERS: This is ideal place for you. The Chief is just 7 minutes driving distance from here. Add another 5 minutes and you are in the outdoor adventure mecca of Squamish. About 40 minutes ride to Whistler or Vancouver center. Even though the air-conditioning is a very important feature during the hot summer months, most of the accommodations in the area are not equipped with it! NOTE THAT!

NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE!

If you like quiet, unpretentious living then this accommodation is for you.
This 2 bedroom, air-conditioned, large apartment (1200 ft² /110 m²) is located in the village of Britannia Beach, only 45 minutes driving distance away from downtown Vancouver. Stay close to everything what the city of Vancouver has to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of suburban living and outdoor activities of the Vancouver coast.

The apartment includes spacious dining and living area, with a superb view of the Howe Sound and the mountain at the other side of the water. As a bonus, you can bask in the sun at the outside deck, or even have your all meals there. Both bedrooms have their own, separate full washrooms. Sleeping arrangement is for 6 people.

Free local phone calls and high speed internet are provided. Ample parking in front of the house and at the street.

You will be living in an air-conditioned, house in a quiet and charming neighbourhood at about 50% discount of the prices of the Vancouver metropolis.

NOTE: Out of the respect for the neighbours, to make sure that no wild parties are taking place, the manager of the house stays in the attic of the house (separate entry) during all rentals.
