"We were assigned the wrong room. Took ages to check in. Prices in the hotel were overpriced in the sense they were trying to be something more luxury than they were. Acted slightly snotty and pompous but their amenities did not reflect an expensive hotel. Had a nightmare with parking where they didn’t explain properly how to use their validation ticket and gave us one for the wrong car park so had to go back. Ordered drinks at the bar before going out and the guy behind the bar was swearing whilst making drinks that took 15 minutes to arrive. Would not recommend, avoid this hotel."

"Lovely boutique vibe at this motel behind Mollies Diner. Everything you want is provided with a smile, wonderfully comfortable bed in a clean stylish room and great shower. Complimentary tea & coffee & social area with 24hr bar in the lobby was a nice touch. Outdoor quad will be nice in the summer too. Will definitely use this chain again"

"Breakfast was fantastic, parking on site was limited but they have permitted available for parking road side which made this very easy. Views of Clifton bridge at breakfast were stunning "

"Lovely hotel, elegant clean room. There was an excellent choice at breakfast in a spacious room. A huge bonus was Emmylou Harris and her band having breakfast together. The check in , check out, breakfast staff were really helpful even though the hotel was really busy. On the negative side, the room was a really long way from the lift and an event was going on with lots of loud music kept us awake until after midnight . Perhaps if you put the people attending the event on the 2nd floor so they aren’t in the noisy room would be helpful. Otherwise a treat to stay at the Marriott as I’ve only been there for conferences before. "
