Summary:
This is a three bedroom property in the amazing location of Clifton Village. The apartment is bright, and definitely not something that you will see everyday!

With three double bedrooms, an ensuite and a bathroom, this space is perfect for you. It has a gorgeous living room, with a snug TV area upstairs (smart TV), I have no doubt that this property will not disappoint you.

The Space:
Set up in a modern way, this apartment may not be for everyone, so please make sure you have read the description and looked at the photos before booking. The bright and colourful master bedroom is perfect for anyone. The other two bedrooms are on higher levels, and you need to be able to climb stairs to get to them. We have tried to make this as obvious as possible in the photos.

The Kitchen has been designed for ease during your stay, with all equipment that you will need.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole apartment and are free to use anything during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is one of the best in Bristol if you are looking for a stay in the City. With shops, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep, you will not be disappointed. As well as these things, you also have easy access to transport to take you into the city centre or any surrounding areas of Bristol.

Getting Around:
You are very close to many bus routes/bus stops to be able to travel around Bristol, the closest is about 5-10 mins away.

Interaction with Guests:
We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm the weekends.

Perfect for large group

On check in we were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property, close enough to all local amenities and a 35 min stroll down hill to the city centre, easy to get a bus or uber if the walk feels like too much. Will def stay again. Thank you.

Quirky accommodation in a great location 👌

The quirky property was perfect for our weekend stay in Bristol. It is in a prime location in Clifton, only a short walk to the main village. It was very clean and tidy on arrival, perfect amount of space for a small group. The communication regarding keys and general information was great with quick responses to any questions asked. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great, unusual place to stay in the heart of Clifton

Pleasant exterior on a quiet residential road, close to many restaurants in Clifton. The interior was modern and comfortable with a good kitchen. We didn't cook but it all seemed ok. There could have been a few more glasses to fit the number of people, sadly we broke 2 prosecco glasses which left only 1. The bedrooms were as described, 2 of them up steep stairs but easily accessible. 1 of them had a very low ceiling which made it impossible to stand up. Bit tricky but manageable. May be hot in the summer months. The beds were all comfy which was more important. We had a couple of queries and they were answered very promptly, giving us options to solve our issue. All in all a perfect place for a couple of days with friends.

Good spot, rough bedrooms

Great spot and overall a cute apartment, but really only one bedroom was habitable. The third loft bedroom was so hot that it was virtually impossible to live in. It was stuffy and claustrophobic and it shows that the property is managed by some rental property person who doesn't care about the people who stay there at all. Fans weren't even provided. The other semi-lofted bedroom had a similar issue. Just generally no care given to the people who are going to be staying in the place, which is always something that drives me crazy.
