Need to be tech savvy to get into the property. Customer service only by phone. Bleach was overused in the bathroom. This made the whole place smell. Dishwasher needs to be aired, as this smelt as well. No map to show where things are close by(food wise)

My stay was cut short due to cyclone Alfred but once I got there I was very comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally clean. There was even cream in the fridge for my morning coffee! Much appreciated

Fantastic self contained apartments out of CBD

Great modern self contained apartment Secure and safe property from front door to parking. Don’t be put off by the technology, once you get into the wifi and get the hang of it, it’s easy. Great location as it’s central to public transport and a short car trip to James St precinct & gasworks for supplies. Well planned property (for both residents and short stay ppl) and well run business

We were very happy with our lovely, two bedroom apartment in a great location with underground, safe parking. Excellent coffee shops all around. The staff are wonderful, excellent communicators, kind and thoughtful. Lillian forgot her brand new computer and it was kept safe until our return. Very fair pricing for two nights. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely return.

The apartment was well furnished, nice decor, kitchen was well stocked, and all appliances worked as expected. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight. Had some troubles with the digital key, but that was a very small issue, would not stop me from booking again. Overall, excellent :)

The property was excellent with its large space and rooftop pool. However, the check-in process and digital key system was very frustrating!! The property did fix the issues I was having, but I was locked out of the building and the apartment several times and spent hours trying to resolve it. I actually had to assist a couple who had been trapped on the rooftop for hours overnight because they couldn’t get their digital key to work the elevator to get back to their room. Except for this, I would have given the property a 5 star rating.
