No Party & Quiet Hours Parties are not allowed. Noise between 7 PM - 7 AM may result in calls to security or police.

Starter Supplies We provide essential starter supplies to ease your arrival, not to last the entire stay. Extra supplies can be pre-arranged or requested mid-stay for delivery. Please make sure to book for the actual number of guests so that linens & towels can be provided for all
Last-Minute Bookings Same-day bookings may affect 3 PM check-in. Contact us before booking to confirm your arrival time.
Early Check-In Requests Standard check-in is 3 PM. Early check-in must be requested a day in advance and cannot be guaranteed on arrival day.
Late Check-Out Requests Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure. Without approval, cleaners will begin housekeeping at 10 AM. Welcome! Please review these rules for a smooth and enjoyable stay. For questions, message me through the booking portal.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-out: 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee. After 12 PM, a full day’s rate applies. Early or late check-out must be arranged in advance.
2. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violation results in eviction without refund and a $1,000 fee + security/police call out fee.
3. No Smoking Smoking indoors incurs a $250 cleaning fee.
4. No Pets Pets are not allowed. Violations incur an extra cleaning fee.
5. Noise Curfew Quiet hours: 7 PM – 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
6. Damages & Lost Items Report damages immediately. Items left behind are stored for 2 weeks. Pickup is free; shipping costs $50 + postage + GST
7. Keys & Lockouts Lost keys: $500 fee (locks replaced). Lockout assistance: $50 ($150 after hours).
8. No Unregistered Guests Unauthorized guests incur a $100 fee per person, and bookings may be cancelled without refund.
9. No Illegal Substances Illegal substances result in eviction without refund.
