They take a hundred dollar bond that they don't disclose... I was going to have spinal surgery the next day and they needed the bond which I had planned on going out to dinner with... Oh... And on top of that... Was the most discusting place I have ever stayed in...walls were gross food in sink... Had to ask for a kettle because the other 1 was rank... Spelt like urine and spew... Please don't go here and waste your money...

The property is quite run down and needs a good clean. All Air Conditioners are filthy and the gym smells very musty when you turn them on. Pool was dirty. Rooms are ok however there were dirty dishes in the cupboard, marks all over ceilings and walls, and hallways stink of cigarettes. No instructions given on how to check out early, or where to park while checking out.

Air cons were not working, and whenninchecked the filters inside they were so dirty and full of fluff and dust that’s it’s clean a routine clean hasn’t been performed on unit. 2 night stay without air con in brisbane summer wasn’t very appreciated! Aircons need to be maintained especially for price you pay

We were happy that towels were replaced each day, however on the 2nd last day we received 2 towels that had faece stains on them! Aircon in bedroom was really loud and badly in need of maintenance.
