"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. Eventually he relented and I moved to a more secure room. At...

"Wonderful breakfast. Great location to move around Lyon. or to. get to the train station. We did a lot of walking but the trams work well as another way to move around the city, which is bigger than we had expected. The hotel was cozy. The lounge was comfortable and appealing. The staff were super helpful"
